4th Article of National Defense

It is the right of every citizen to seek protection under the law and its legal officers where such an appeal does not necessitate a delay and the loss of life, security to one's family or the preservation of life of another or the loss of property. Be it known that is is the right of every man, woman and child to defend themselves, family, friends, property and country and that right shall not be taken away by due process of laws in our courts or legislation; as our forefathers have said, it is a God given right of life, liberty and property.
