5th Article of National Defense

Those who know of illegal action in government or in the community have a duty to step forward and make it known to bring offenders of just laws to justice. However, if our leaders ever change our laws and ignore the rights of this people and there is no possible appeal without fear and imprisonment and there is no lawful remedy, then according to our forefathers, it is our right to resist by any means possible and to restore those rights. If our laws are ever changed then immediate resistance should be enacted. Richard W Norman
